International Evaluations prepares documentation and evaluation services solely for the purpose of supporting U.S. immigration petitions. We do not provide immigration legal advice, legal representation, or petition strategy. Eligibility for any U.S. immigration benefit is determined solely by USCIS based on the full petition record and applicable law. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the outcome of any petition, application, or USCIS adjudication. All expert opinion letters are prepared with the involvement of independent experts. The views and assessments expressed in those letters represent the independent professional opinion of the named expert and do not constitute legal advice.
